FAQ

Setup questions

The things people ask before their first launch.

How long does setup take?
Around five minutes if you already have a Telegram bot. Creating the bot itself with @BotFather takes another minute.
Do I need my own server?
No. The platform hosts the webhook, the bot engine and the dashboard. You only need Telegram and your Binance Pay account.
Can I test before going live?
Yes — keep a product hidden to test the flow, then publish it. Binance Pay can stay disabled until you are confident.
What if my webhook stops working?
The dashboard shows webhook status and the last Telegram error, and the Setup wizard can re-register it in one click.
